All our clocks are shipped by an insured carrier. They are shipped by U.S. Priority Mail, DHL, UPS, FedEX or Craters and Freighters. Shipping charges are determined along with the restoration charge before the clock is restored or purchased and e-mailed to you. Floor clocks, very large wall clocks, and very large mantel clocks present special circumstances. These may have to be crated and shipped by freight. Contact us for more information. Each clock is insured for the sales price or restored value and the tracking option is utilized.

Our clocks are packed in new boxes with all new packing material. We pack professionally and make every effort to assure a safe journey for your purchase. If you purchase or send more than one clock, each will be packed separately for safety. Once the clock leaves our premises, all liability is assumed by the shipper. If a clock arrives damaged, do not remove it from the carton, keep all packing intact, contact us and our shipping agent will be in touch with you and give you instructions on how to proceed.
